These Terms of Service govern your use of ProzTopUp ("the Platform"), a virtual top-up service operated by ProzTopUp. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Funding your wallet is done via Paystack (a PCI-compliant payment gateway). We do not store your card or bank details. Wallet top-ups are processed instantly upon successful payment verification. A processing fee may apply as displayed at the point of funding.
Airtime, data bundles, TV subscriptions, electricity bill payments, and e-pins are delivered instantly after a successful transaction. If delivery fails due to a network outage or provider error, a refund or reversal will be issued to your wallet within 24 hours. Refunds to external accounts (bank/card) are at our discretion and may take 3–5 business days.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to maintain accurate pricing but are not liable for pricing errors. Service availability depends on third-party network providers and may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.
Referral bonuses are credited to your wallet after the referred user completes their first successful transaction. Abuse of the referral system (e.g., creating fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of bonuses and possible account suspension.
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to bypass our security systems, engage in fraudulent transactions, or use automated bots to interact with the service. Violation may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.
ProzTopUp acts as an intermediary between users and network/service providers. We are not liable for service quality issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., network downtime, slow data speeds). Our total liability is limited to the value of the failed transaction in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Nigeria.
